Frequently Asked Questions

Unfortunately. I do not gold plate at this time, but will add this service as the budget allows.

My copy work is meticulous and precise, which is achieved through concentration, patience and persistence. However, if you need multiple copies, a CNC factory is a better choice, (but be prepared for a long wait).

Sometimes the desired outcome can not be achieved, due to the nature of custom work. If you are not happy with your experience with me, I will not charge you for the work.

Most likely it is because I’m currently on the phone or working with a customer. I will respond to your call before the end of the day.

I do have a complete Warburton  Master Kit of trumpet and flugelhorn mouthpieces at my shop.
